7-Day Returns Policy
At Hype Living Furniture, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 7-day returns period, starting from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be requested for return within 7 days of delivery
Be in original condition, unused, and unassembled
Be returned in original packaging, including all accessories and tags
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling may not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit
We recommend using a tracked delivery service
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind after the 7-day period
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Clearance, discounted, or “final sale” items (where clearly stated)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
